PurrfectBackup Suddenly Goes Blank or Reboots

If your PurrfectBackup suddenly powers off, restarts, or displays a blank screen, it’s usually caused by insufficient power from the connected power source.

High-performance drives such as CFexpress or NVMe SSDs can draw extra power when in use. When PurrfectBackup is powered through third-party USB-C chargers or power banks, these devices often can’t deliver the required current, causing the system to reboot or shut down unexpectedly.

Recommended Solution

• Always power your PurrfectBackup using the official 27W power brick included in the box.
• Avoid low-wattage or unverified USB-C chargers and power banks.
• Keep all firmware updated to the latest version for improved power management.
